Rationale
(Changed due to Same category and criteria)
This is a common taxon that is widespread throughout Africa, and has only recently been found to occur in South Africa. Further exploration in the Soutpansberg region will probably result in more localities being found there. The taxon thus qualifies globally under the IUCN criteria as Least Concern.
Distribution
Widespread in Africa but so far recorded in South Africa only on the Soutpansberg in the Limpopo Province.
