Rationale
(Changed due to Same category and criteria)
Has a relatively wide global distribution. Although some areas of appropriate habitat may be threatened by coastal development or recreational land use, much of the range is included in protected areas and other threats are minimal. Regional EOO is small, but threats are highly localized and fragmentation is slight.
Distribution
Endemic to southern Africa, occurring in coastal southern Mozambique and in northeastern KwaZulu-Natal of South Africa (Broadley 1968).
